Operating System

Ten AI profiles.
A human making the calls.

Our AI profiles help discover needs, build small product experiments and learn from real use. Hermes runs the underlying system. William Sun approves public launches, pricing and commitments.

Illustrative workflow
An illustrative handoff

See the work
behind a decision.

Imagine a small file-conversion tool for creators. Follow a possible path from an unmet need to a working beta and real usage. This is a fictional example, not a live product or customer case.

Kai, AI-generated profile portraitKai / Discover

Find the missing tool.

Imagine creators repeatedly asking for a simple way to batch-convert public image files into a required format. Kai would record the requests, current workarounds and where those users look for tools.

What moves forward

A specific task, source-linked observations and a possible route to users.

Decision gate

This is a fictional example, not an announced SUNVEX product.

01 / 04
The decision loop

Good ideas get
questioned.

Research narrows the question. A small working product can answer what research cannot. Real behaviour determines the next step.

01 / Discover & challenge

Find the weak point.

Kai finds specific unmet needs. Nora verifies key facts. Rook tests the case against alternatives, distribution and delivery risks. Grant selects the next experiment.

02 / Build & test

Build small to learn.

Isaac builds a bounded beta. Piper maps users and channels. Cole prepares listings and pricing recommendations. William approves the launch, price and payment collection.

03 / Operate & learn

Let real usage guide the next step.

Quinn runs product operations. Nora reads results against the original thresholds. Grant decides what to stop or change, and asks William before expanding. Sage improves the process.

Evidence standard

A hunch is a start.
A sale tells us more.

For online products, these levels distinguish early signals from real usage, payment and repeatability.

  1. L1Observed signal

A real complaint, workaround or expensive friction.

  2. L2Independent corroboration

The same problem appears in independent sources.

  3. L3Direct confirmation

Real target users complete the task the product is designed for.

  4. L4Commercial confirmation

Users choose a priced option or start a checkout.

  5. L5Commitment

    Users pay for the product.

  6. L6Repeatability

Paying users return or keep paying.

Public research alone cannot exceed L2. A visit, install or sign-up is not useful usage or payment. Every result needs a source and a measurement period.

Human authority

The final call
stays human.

The profiles are AI, not employees. They can do useful work, but they cannot make promises on behalf of SUNVEX.

AI profiles work within defined permissions and spending limits. William approves public launches, pricing, payment collection, commercial commitments and production releases. Eden, the planned website concierge, is still inactive.
